Sales & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting independent art with this purchase. Each canvas piece we sell is an original, unique work created by John himself. Be sure to read our Sales & Returns Policy below for all information relating to your purchase.

 

  1. No Returns for Change of Mind

 

As each canvas is an original artwork, purchases are exempt from the standard 14‑day online return period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (Reg. 28). We therefore cannot accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind after purchase.

 

2. Condition of Artwork on Delivery

 

We package all artworks carefully to protect them in transit. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing your business email with photographs of the outer packaging and the damage.

 

If damage is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly. Options may include:

    •    Full refund (including original delivery costs); or

    •    A repair or replacement artwork, where possible (for commissions or reproductions).

 

3. Responsibility for Delivery

 

We remain responsible for the artwork until it is delivered safely to you. If the courier loses or damages the piece in transit, we will handle the claim with the courier on your behalf. You will not be left out of pocket.

 

4. Artwork Description & Colours

 

We aim to present artworks accurately on our website, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Minor colour variation is not considered a fault.

 

5. Statutory Rights

 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
