Returns Policy

We do everything possible at John Ellis Gallery to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

However, if you need to return an item please review our returns policy below.

This will allow us to provide you with further instructions.

For items damaged in transit.

​

You can choose either an exchange or a full refund.

Please specify your preference when you contact us and include the original packaging so that we may see the damaged incurred. 

When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit.

Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed delivery service. Proof of posting receipt to be emailed to niks@johnellisgallery.co.uk so a refund can be issued.

If you change your mind.

Returns are allowed within 14 days from the date of dispatch by John Ellis Gallery.

Please ensure your return is postmarked within this period to qualify.

You must include a valid receipted invoice.

The cost of the return will be the responsibility of the buyer.

When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit.

Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed delivery service.

Returns must be made by the original purchaser. We do not accept returns from third parties.

We will not accept returns that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

After our artist has checked the art work and checked all the above conditions have been met,

we will issue an exchange or refund.
