Delivery and Acceptance

​

  1. Ownership and risk in the artwork pass to the customer once the item has been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided at purchase. Until that point, the artwork remains our responsibility.

2. On delivery, customers are required to follow our Delivery Acceptance Checklist, which is provided in your     order confirmation email and within the parcel itself. This includes:

​

            •    Inspecting outer packaging before opening;

            •    Taking photographs of any visible external damage to the packaging;

            •    Inspecting the artwork immediately on opening;

            •    Retaining all packaging materials in the event of damage; and

   •    Reporting any damage to us at your business email with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Failure to complete the checklist or provide requested photographs may limit our ability to process claims     against the courier. While we will always seek to resolve any issues fairly, claims raised more than 48 hours     after delivery, or without reasonable evidence of damage sustained in transit, may not be accepted.

4. This clause does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery Acceptance Checklist

To ensure your artwork arrives safely, please take the following steps as soon as your delivery is received:

 

1.Check the outer packaging before opening.  If the box/tube looks dented, ripped, or punctured, take clear photos before opening.

 

2.Open the package carefully and inspect the artwork immediately. Avoid using sharp tools that could damage the canvas.

 

3. If any damage is found, take photographs of:

            - The outer packaging

            - The inner packaging (bubble wrap, protective layers)

            - The damaged part of the artwork itself

            - Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at your email.

            - Attach your photographs and your order number so we can review and resolve quickly.

 

4. If no damage is found: Enjoy your new piece of original art!

 

Additional Notes

​

• Please do not dispose of the packaging until any damage claim has been resolved, the courier may require evidence.

• We cannot process claims made more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery, as couriers impose strict reporting deadlines.

• By following this process, you help us ensure any courier issues are resolved quickly, fairly, and with minimal inconvenience to you.
